Senior Stroll: Tomales Bay State Park

The cool, moist influence of Tomales Bay not only makes this a perfect summer destination but also contributes to the size of some impressive specimens of native shrubs like coffeeberry, toyon, and ceanothus that are found here. We’ll do an out and back amble along the lovely lower stretch of the Jepson Trail. This section is a fairly level, shaded, dirt trail. There is an $8 parking fee per car ($7 for seniors). Remember to bring binoculars if you have them. No pets (except service dogs) are allowed. Adverse weather or poor air quality may cancel.

Questions: Contact Shannon Burke at Shannon.Burke@marincounty.gov.
Registration is required.
