Join rangers to learn the secrets and tricks of the trade when fishing from a pier. A limited number of poles will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. A valid California fishing license is required when fishing from the shore, not the pier. No pets (except service dogs) are allowed. Adverse weather or poor air quality may cancel; if in doubt, call (415) 435-9212 two hours before the event to confirm the status. Registration required
