Loma Alta Preserve

Come join this special event with Chi Gong teacher Susan Ezra, a Holistic Nurse and Certified Health Coach. For more than 28 years, Susan has been a student of Chi Gong, primarily in the Way of Joy practice. She can't wait to share what she has learned. We will meet at the end of Glen Drive at the Loma Alta Trailhead and hike up .17 miles to a large flat spot off the fire road. Then, we will move through Chi Gong for 45 minutes and hike back down. Suitable for all ages. Wear layered clothes and bring water and an open heart. No pets (except service dogs) are allowed. Adverse weather or poor air quality may cancel. Directions: Meet at the trailhead at the end of Glen Dr in Fairfax. From Hwy 101 in Larkspur, take the exit for Sir Francis Drake Blvd west 6.7 miles, turn right onto Glen Dr and follow 0.5 miles to end (dead end).
