Earth Day Marin Stables Guided Nature Walk:

Marin Water and Marin County Parks

Want to explore a unique area of the watershed and experience the natural bounty of spring in full swing? Join us for a guided nature walk following our Earth Day Marin Stables Broom Bust. Marin Water’s Forest Health and Watershed Resiliency Fellow will take us off the beaten path and share their knowledge of this ecologically interesting slice of the watershed.

This nature walk will take place after the morning habitat restoration activity, and you are welcome to join either or both events that day. This is a family-friendly activity and minors under the age of 16 must have a guardian present.
Meeting location is the Marin Stables parking lot. Directions from Sir Francis Drake: From downtown Fairfax, turn onto Bolinas-Fairfax Road. Less than a mile down the road, turn left onto Porteous Avenue; keep right at every turn (Porteous Ave, Wood Lane) until you are at the Marin Stables parking lot. THIS IS A NARROW ROAD - please drive slowly to be respectful of the neighborhood and make it to this event safe and sound.
