Wildflowers at Ring Mountain

Truly one of the best wildflower displays in the Bay Area, the fantastic floral diversity of this site makes this walk a "spring classic." In addition to the many rare species found here, there are often expanses of goldfields, tidy tips, and other early bloomers; a multicolored carpet providing a foreground for spectacular views of the entire bay.

We request that no pets (except service animals) attend. Remember to bring a lunch and binoculars if you have them. Adverse weather may cancel. Check the calendar or call (415) 473-6086 after 8 AM on the day of the event to hear a recorded message if canceled.
