McNears Beach Park
Sunday, May 18, 2025, 12 – 2pm
Directions: Meet at the Area 7 picnic area in McNears Beach Park in San Rafael (201 Cantera Way). From Hwy 101 in San Rafael, take the Central San Rafael exit east. Take 2nd St east, which merges into 3rd St, and then turns into Point San Pedro Rd. Follow Point San Pedro Rd for 3.6 miles, turn right at Cantera Way, and follow to the large parking lot at the end (park at the north end of the lot).

Join us for a day of learning and playing beach volleyball! Our friendly Park Rangers and experienced local players will be there to provide tips and guidance to help you improve your skills. Once we've covered the basics, we'll come together for a fun game. Appropriate for all ages and experience levels. No pets (except service dogs) are allowed. Adverse weather or poor air quality may cancel. To confirm the status, check the calendar or call (415) 446-4424 two hours before the event. Registration is required.
