Join Marin County Parks and Marin Stargazers for an incredible stargazing adventure with the Rangers. Explore the mysteries of outer space up close with telescopes and engage in lively discussions. Suitable all ages. We'll provide water and snacks. No pets (except service dogs) are allowed. Varying weather conditions such as consistent rain or 100% cloud coverage can cause a last minute cancellation, otherwise the event will still go on. Please contact Ranger Kevin at (415-320-4881)2 hours in advance to check status.
Directions: Meet at Stafford Lake Park in Novato (3549 Novato Blvd). From Hwy 101 in Novato, take the exit for San Marin Dr West, 2.9 miles. Turn right onto Novato Blvd and follow for 2.6 miles. The park is on the left. Turn right after the gate house and follow to the parking lot.
