Senior Stroll: Coastal Trail
Source: Marin County Parks
Marin Headlands
Tuesday, March 11, 2025, 10am – 2pm

This trail is one of the best places to see the early blooming wildflowers of the Marin Headlands. We’ll follow a well-maintained dirt road along a sheltered, north facing slope where a number of early coastal species should be flowering. This is an out and back walk with a gradual downhill slope on the way out and a gradual uphill slope on the way back. Remember to bring binoculars if you have them. No pets (except service dogs) are allowed. Adverse weather or poor air quality may cancel. Registration is required.
Questions: Contact Shannon Burke
Directions: Meet at the Coastal Trail trailhead in the Marin Headlands at the junction of McCullough and Conzelman Rd. From Hwy 101, take the exit for Alexander Ave. Follow signs to the Marin Headlands, and then toward Hawk Hill. At the top of McCullough Rd turn right onto Conzelman Rd. Parking lot is immediately on the right side of the roundabout.
