The Parks & Open Space Commission advises the County Board of Supervisors regarding parks and open space policy and conducts public hearings on parks and open space matters considered for recommendation to the Board.
Directions: McInnis Park's address is 310 Smith Ranch Road, San Rafael. From Highway 101 in San Rafael take exit 456 for Smith Ranch Road east approximately 0.7 miles. Drive over the railroad tracks and immediately turn left to stay on Smith Ranch Rd. The park entrance is at the end of Smith Ranch Rd.
