We’ll start the morning with a slow ascent from the valley floor to San Geronimo Ridge. It’s a long climb but once we reach the top we’ll enjoy amazing views and the pygmy Sargent cypress forest that makes this preserve so unique. For lunch we’ll drop down to a shaded clearing among towering Redwoods and Douglas-firs. Distance: 5 miles. Elevation change: 1,200 feet.
Remember to bring a lunch and binoculars if you have them. We request that no pets (except service animals) attend.
