Family Walk: Indian Valley

Celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Open Space with a springtime stroll! We'll start the day learning about the frogs, toads, salamanders, and insects that live in the ponds at the upper end of the valley, and then we'll walk up to the waterfall, which is a perfect place to enjoy lunch. Along the way, we'll see if we can find 50 fun nature treasures to celebrate our 50 years!

We request that no pets (except service animals) attend. Remember to bring lunch. Adverse weather may cancel. Check the calendar or call (415) 473-6086 after 8 AM on the day of the event to hear a recorded message if canceled.

Registration is not required. Save time on the day of the event by signing in now. For more information, contact Naturalist Shannon.
