Directions: Meet at the gate at the end of Crown Rd in Kent Woodlands., From Hwy 101 in Larkspur, take the exit for Sir Francis Drake Blvd west 2.1 miles. Turn left onto College Ave, right onto Woodland Rd, left onto Evergreen Dr. Continue uphill to the intersection with Ridgecrest; 50-feet uphill from this junction left onto Crown Rd, and follow to end (dead end).

This is one of the best places to spend a March day. We'll be serenaded by the first songbirds of the season as we ascend a lovely trail dotted with early-blooming wildflowers. This is a narrow, single-track trail with uneven tread which can be rocky and slippery in places.
We request that no pets (except service animals) attend. Remember to bring a lunch and binoculars if you have them. Adverse weather may cancel. Check the calendar or call (415) 473-6086 after 8 AM on the day of the event to hear a recorded message if canceled.
