Directions: Meet at Stafford Lake Park., From Hwy 101 in Novato, exit 463 for San Marin Dr west 2.9 miles. Turn right onto Novato Blvd and follow for 2.6 miles. The park is on the left.

Create balsa wood bird gliders and celebrate our 50th Anniversary. This is a great opportunity to learn about the history and future of Stafford Lake Park and its importance to avian life. Let your imagination run wild, and your unique bird glider take flight! All supplies will be provided.
No pets (except service animals) are allowed at this park. Park entrance fee is waived for participants. Remember to bring a water bottle, sunscreen, and a hat. Adverse weather may cancel. Check the calendar on the day of the event to see if it is canceled.
