Buck Gulch Waterfall Walk

Meet ranger Lauren for a walk in this beautiful canyon to view a waterfall nestled amidst the trees. A discussion of creek ecology, watersheds, and water conservation will be included on the way. The trail is fairly level but there are a couple creek crossings using rocks and logs; approximately 1 mile roundtrip. Dress in layers and wear sturdy shoes. Friendly dogs are welcome but must be on leash. Adverse weather or poor air quality may cancel; if in doubt, check the calendar or call (415) 473-2816 two hours before the event to confirm the status. Registration required.

Questions: Contact Lauren DiQuattro

Directions: Directions: Meet at the trailhead at the end of Fairway Dr in Novato. From Hwy 101 in Novato, take the Ignacio Blvd/Bel Marin Keys Blvd exit west on Ignacio Blvd approximately 0.5 miles. Turn left onto Fairway Dr and follow approximately 1.8 miles to the end (dead end).
